Born and raised in Delhi, Manorama Arora was an exceptional student with a passion for education. An exemplary teacher of Biology, her journey as an educator took a transformative turn when Air Chief Marshal I.H. Lateef, the 10th Chief of Air Staff, recognized her expertise and entrusted her with establishing an Air Force school, marking the beginning of her leadership journey.

In 1999, she took over Tagore Academy Public School, transforming it into a center of excellence. To meet growing demand, she founded Tagore Public School, Palwal in 2012. Collectively these two schools are serving over 5,500 students.

Her leadership revolutionized institutions, delivering top results year after year; decade after decade!! These schools have set new benchmarks in school education in the entire state of Haryana and she became an iconic figure in all academic circles.
